The command syntax is comprised of one or two keywords, delimited by colons. Only the first three letters of each command are required. Example: To start monitoring for drones, send the command “MONITOR:ON”. or send the command “mon:on”. The command interpreter is not case sensitive.
All commands return a response when received and processed. For commands that do not otherwise return a value, the response will be ‘OK’. If the command is not understood, the response will be ‘INVALID COMMAND’. The following is a list of commands that can be sent over port 8998.
