1. Locate the IQ File Converter Program from the your Start menu or file folder. Depending on your version of Windows, the program may be located in the Vision Tools folder.
2. Open the Vision IQ File Converter Program to display the user interface shown below in Figure: IQ File Converter.

Anritsu’s VSG format only supports 6.25 MHz and 12.5 MHz playback files. Many existing pattern files and IQ data sets were captures with different bandwidths. IQ File Converter lets you resample the data to make it compatible with playback devices that have specific bandwidth requirements.
