AeroShield™ MX280002A RF Drone Detection and Tracking Software : AeroShield Simulator Control : Setting Up Simulator in AeroShield : RSM Tracking

RSM Tracking
The AeroShield program provides a visual of the RSM tracking of the drone flight pattern as shown in Figure: RSM Tracking Activity.
RSM Tracking Activity
1. RSMs 2-3-5 Tracking
2. RSMs 1-3-4 Tracking
In image (1), RSM markers 2-3-5 turn red indicating the highest signal detection. As the drone flight pattern continues, RSM markers 1-3-4 of image (2) turn red indicating the highest signal detection.
Build an RSM Tracking UI
The Simulator program provides user tools to create an RSM tracking user interface.
Create a Drone Flight Path
1. Flight Path Coordinates
2. Drone Flight Segment
3. Add Flight Segment
Refer to Figure: Create a Drone Flight Path to add segments to simulate a drone flight path.
1. Double-click to place a drone flight pattern segment as shown by callout (2).
2. Continue placing segments on the map that will represent a drone’s flight pattern.
3. Weave the flight pattern between the RSM markers as shown in Figure: Create a Flight Pattern.

Create a Flight Pattern
Each drone flight segment entered onto the map is represented by its geo-locate coordinates in the Source 1 tracking column. (Source 1 is preferred for a simulated single drone path as Source 2 can then be used to represent a second drone flight path.) As the drone flies through the flight pattern, the marked yellow flight segment on the map corresponds to the blue highlighted coordinate in the Source 1 column.
