Introduction
This chapter refers to using the Anritsu MA245xxA Power Master power analyzer with PowerXpert. If using USB Power Sensors, see Using USB Power Sensors with PowerXpert.
PowerXpert is a data analysis and control software for use with Anritsu’s USB power sensors and Power Masters. PowerXpert provides a graphical user interface (GUI), making the PC appear like a traditional power meter. Using PowerXpert, the MA245xxA Power Master operates in three modes:
Continuous Mode
Power Hunter Mode
Channel Monitor Mode
Note
When operating the MA245xxA Power Master, the MA241xxx Series, MA242xxx and MA243xxx USB power sensors can be connected to make separate power measurements simultaneously in Continuous Mode. For details, see Multiple Sensor Display.
